All of our beef is locally sourced from award-winning farmer, Tim Johnson at Stokes Marsh Farm. Tim’s outstanding Aberdeen Angus and Hereford cross herds are 28-day dry-aged using Himalayan salt to achieve mouth-watering results.

Steaks are cooked over chargrill and served with chunky chips, beer battered onion rings, plum tomato and a rocket garnish.
